Emerald Velvet & Candlelight at Contres-Greer Social Hall
.Allison and Ian’s November wedding in Northern Cambria was the perfect blend of warm, intimate ceremony vibes and bold, rock-and-roll personality.
The ceremony took place indoors in front of the stone fireplace, lined with glowing candles and black rose petals. Allison walked the aisle in a jaw-dropping black-and-nude gown, and her bridesmaids matched the aesthetic beautifully in emerald dresses. Everything felt cozy, romantic, and perfectly them.
The reception flipped the switch into a darker, moodier palette black linens, emerald velvet runners, tall black candles in gold holders, and evergreen textures that turned the hall into a gothic winter dream. Guests signed a guitar guest book and had a blast at the temporary tattoo station featuring custom little tattoos of the couple.
And the best part?
At 8 PM, Ian’s band Octane took the stage. The groom played live at his own wedding, and the entire room turned into a concert. Lights, guitars, crowd energy — the perfect ending to a day full of love, laughter, and loud music.
A warm ceremony.
A velvet-draped reception.
And a groom who closed out the night onstage.
Allison & Ian’s wedding was unforgettable from start to finish.
