I didn’t know this sweet family before they booked—but I’m so glad our paths crossed! They found me through my tulip field session availability post, just a week before the blooms peaked at Burket Farm in Tyrone, PA (near Ebensburg). It was a last-minute booking, but I was thrilled to fill one of the time slots—and this session turned out beautifully.
Burket Farm’s tulip field is absolutely magical in the spring, with rows of colorful blooms backed by rolling mountain views. It was my first time photographing there, and I also scheduled my own photo session later that evening—it’s truly that stunning.
For this family, the focus was a combination of candid family portraits, solo shots of the little ones, and a strong emphasis on mommy-and-me moments. The natural beauty of the Burket tulip field created such a vibrant and peaceful backdrop, allowing their connection to shine through in every frame.
